    It is a fact that falling trees and using a chainsaw is one of the most life threatening activities any worker can perform. This course is designed to educate anyone who uses a chainsaw about chainsaw safety, maintenance, use and handling. Participants will gain an understanding in what contributes to accidents and how to avoid them. Practical work-planning strategies will be demonstrated in this seminar. There is a strong focus on personal safety, risk assessment and accident prevention. Demonstrations in Notches, Hinge, Bore Cutting and Felling.
