Remote Area and Field Trauma Treatment Training Program

The Remote Area and Field Trauma Treatment (RAFTT) training program provides the tools and knowledge necessary for employees to identify and respond to emergency and trauma situations while working in the field.  This 3-day program focuses on emergency medicine, remote area/field trauma care, physical injuries, environmental emergency conditions, and transport methods, and offers a fourth day option for CPR/First Aid certification.

Target Audience:  All professionals working in rural and remote areas, including arborists, tree workers, loggers and utility workers.

Registration Fees:  We are pleased to offer a special introductory rate of $595 for registrations received on or before November 21st for the 3-day course and $765 for the 4-day course; registrations received after November 21st will be $675 for the 3-day course and $845 for the 4-day course.  Cost includes four night's accommodations at the camp, meals and refreshment breaks, course materials, and instructor resources.  Participants traveling by air may request a shuttle from the airport to the camp for an additional $40 round trip.

CEUs:  International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certified arborists, utility specialists, municipal specialists, and tree workers will be eligible to receive 24 CEUs for the three-day course and 32 CEUs for the four-day course.
