“Moving Trees on Golf Courses”

Join the Coastal Arborist Association on Monday, February 13^th to learn about moving trees on the Frederica Golf Course on St. Simons Island. Meet at 11:30 at the golf course maintenance compound. Use “10 Pikes Bluff Drive St. Simons Island” for directions, however, once getting close, do not turn off Lawrence road onto Pikes Bluff Drive, but continue driving 175 yards further and take the next left. A rolling gate is 150’ back off Lawrence Road – turn here – gate code is 6255. Expert tree movers from Texas based Environmental Designs will be on the course to answer questions and explain the process. 

No fee, BYO-lunch. Please meet promptly at 11:30 to walk out to the course. I
