We would like to invite your company / organization to participate by being a sponsor / exhibitor for this event!
Your sponsorship will help The Georgia Arborist Association attract more tree care professionals and companies to this and future events and enable The Georgia Arborist Association to provide more events for the tree care industry. All Sponsor’s / Suppliers for this event will be recognized in any publications for this event and on our web site. (See Sponsorship Benefits Form for more details.)
Financial sponsorship is needed to fund expenses involved in holding this event, engraved plaques for the competitors who place 1st in each event; T-shirts for Competitors, Judges, and Volunteers; and the all expense paid trip to the I.S.A.'s Southern Chapter's Tree Climbing Championship in 2011 (this will be awarded to the first place Georgia winner of the competition). Donation sponsorship is needed for prizes to award to the competitors in this event. Items to raffle and door prizes are also needed. The Georgia Arborist Association works hard to serve tree care professionals. Our programs and services are the core of what we do, and without the support from our members and organizations like yours, our impact is reduced. The Georgia Arborist Association, Inc. is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and contributions are deductible as charitable contributions under the law. If you have any questions about this event, The Georgia Arborist Association, or future events, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Donna Rayfield
