About: This two hour course will give an overview on Hurricane Michael tree health impacts (two years later), and the hurricanes projected to impact Georgia’s trees and forests in the future. It will include a two-year retrospective of Hurricane Michael damage to trees, forests and landscapes, key tree damage lessons learned along the hurricane’s path, final clean-up recognizing damaged and dying trees, pest issues and tree health care treatments, effective replanting, understanding soil remediation, and review of research which futures hurricane intensity and landfalls.

Location: Zoom Call, Instructions will be sent out to all registered 7, 3, & 1 day(s) before.

Cost: Free to all CAA and GAA members and business supporters. $20 for all others.
