The presentation delves into the critical insurance coverage requirements and safety practices that distinguish Boom / Cranes companies from Climbers in the arboriculture industry. Understanding the specific coverages and exclusions for each type of company is crucial for mitigating risks and ensuring financial protection. Additionally, the liability differences associated with Certified Arborists, including consulting services, are explored to shed light on potential liabilities and risk management strategies. The discussion extends to Umbrella issues, addressing how they can supplement existing insurance policies to provide an extra layer of protection against unforeseen circumstances.

The presentation also highlights the most common Workers Compensation claims in the arboriculture sector, identifying key risk areas and encouraging proactive measures to prevent injuries and accidents. By analyzing past incidents, attendees will gain valuable insights into how to improve safety protocols and reduce workers' compensation claims.

Furthermore, the presentation outlines best practices concerning safety and insurance. It emphasizes the importance of robust safety protocols and training programs to minimize accidents and injuries, safeguarding both employees and clients. Insurance best practices are also covered, helping companies optimize their insurance policies and coverage to align with their specific needs and operational scope.

In conclusion, Boom / Cranes companies and Climbers in the arboriculture industry face distinct challenges and requirements when it comes to insurance coverage and safety practices. This presentation serves as a comprehensive guide to navigate these complexities, enabling businesses to make informed decisions and establish a solid foundation for long-term success and risk mitigation.
