    About this workshop:

The One Tree Many Perspectives workshop is an exciting opportunity for arboriculture professionals to come together and build a better understanding of their respective roles in successful tree care projects. Participants will gain valuable insights into both the sales and consulting side of the tree business, as well as the important field and production perspective.

In this dynamic and interactive workshop, we will explore a range of topics, including the challenges facing tree business professionals, the importance of effective communication, the role of teamwork, and the benefits of mutual respect and understanding. We will work together to promote improved communication, safety, and efficiency in daily work, from the moment a call comes into the office until the final bit of sawdust is cleared away.

Combining expert guidance and best practices with practical insights and real-world examples, participants will gain an essential knowledge base, helping them to better understand the job site point of view. By working together in a more effective and safe manner, we can improve the quality of our work and enhance the satisfaction of our customers.

Whether you are a sales or consulting professional, a field or production team member, or a safety specialist, the One Tree Many Perspectives workshop is an invaluable opportunity to build your skill set and advance your career in the tree business. Join us today and take your communication skills and your team's efficiency and success to the next level!
