In the last few months there have been 5 tree care worker fatalities just in the metro Atlanta area. At least three of them are confirmed to have been easily preventable with proper training. In response to this gap of knowledge, the Georgia Arborist Association and Georgians for A Safer Tree Industry have partnered to provide a low cost safety training for Spanish speaking tree care workers and business owners.

En los últimos meses ha habido 5 muertes de trabajadores de cuidado de árboles en el área metropolitana de Atlanta. Se ha confirmado que al menos tres de los accidentes se pudieron prevenir fácilmente con la formación adecuada. En respuesta a esta brecha de conocimiento, la Asociación de Arboristas de Georgia y Georgians for A Safer Tree Industry se han asociado para brindar capacitación en seguridad para trabajadores de cuidado de árboles y propietarios de negocios.
