Over the last 120 years, Georgia’s climate has changed significantly due to local changes in land use as well as changes in atmospheric composition across the United States and the world. This talk will describe what changes in climate have been observed over time and how that has affected Georgia’s forests. We will also look at how the changes in climate have impacted outdoor workers and how that is expected to change in the future.
